We are currently searching for a Regional Manager to support and lead a group of high-performing restaurants in Alberta. This is an outstanding opportunity for a results-driven multi-unit leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving performance, and building strong restaurant cultures. This position can be based in Edmonton or Calgary.

The Regional Manager plays a critical role in supporting restaurant operations, developing General Managers, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple locations.
Position Summary
The Regional Manager is responsible for leading multiple restaurant locations within an assigned territory. This individual provides operational leadership, coaching, and support to General Managers while ensuring restaurants consistently achieve financial, operational, people, and guest satisfaction goals.
The successful candidate will be highly visible in the field, spending the majority of their time working directly with restaurant teams. They will be passionate about people development, accountability, operational standards, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive excellence in food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience.
- Analyze restaurant performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, labor, and company requirements.
People Development
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing General Managers and restaurant leadership teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development discussions.
- Create succession plans for key leadership positions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Support leadership training and career development initiatives.
Financial Management
- Achieve regional sales, profitability, labor, and cost control objectives.
- Monitor restaurant financial performance and identify trends.
- Develop and execute plans to improve sales growth and profitability.
- Manage controllable expenses while maintaining operational standards.
- Review and analyze P&L statements with General Managers on a regular basis.
Guest Experience
- Champion exceptional customer service throughout the region.
- Ensure teams consistently deliver a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Resolve escalated guest concerns and develop solutions to improve service standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions when required.
Business Growth
- Support new restaurant openings and market expansion initiatives.
- Partner with corporate teams to execute operational programs and strategic initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across departments to drive business success.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence and restaurant performance within the market.
Qualifications
Required
- 1 to 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
- Previous experience as a General Manager within a Quick Service Restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple locations and developing restaurant management teams.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, food cost controls, and financial performance.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and achieve results.
