We are looking for a qualified, customer-service-oriented senior logistics specialist to join a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in transportation and logistics, particularly in dispatching and the daily coordination of shipments. Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, they will ensure their needs are met with efficiency and rigor. Experience in truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL), and intermodal transportation services is a major asset.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in customer account management or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track evolving shipments.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive, with a strong follow-through mindset.
• Ability to work well under pressure and follow direction to meet company objectives.
• Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management Systems), Loadlink, and MS Office Suite; adaptable to new tools.
• Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English.
Benefits
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000. Performance bonuses and commission sharing to be determined.
