BMG is looking for a self-motivated and experienced fundraising director.
As a fundraising director, your main responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies that align with BMG’s mission and values.

- Identify potential donors and funding sources, including individuals, corporations,
foundations, and government agencies, aligned with BMG's mission and values, and
supportive of its activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors and funders, ensuring that they feel engaged.
and connected to BMG's mission and activities, and that they are provided with regular
updates on the impact of their contributions.
- In collaboration with the Board of Directors, support and organize fundraising events and
campaigns, including online fundraising campaigns and charity auctions, that generate
awareness of BMG's mission and activities and encourage donations and support.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations, including those related to donor privacy,
tax regulations, and charitable solicitation laws.
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, build relationships with donors
and funders, organize fundraising events and campaigns, and provide fundraising training
and support to staff members and volunteers.
- Provide leadership and oversight to the annual operating fund development initiatives and
budget, which includes major gifts, direct mail, planned to give, special events, and grant writing.
- Work with the Executive Director, the Board of Directors, and the BMG Team to champion
fundraising and philanthropy throughout the organization.
