What are your contributions to the team?

In your role reporting to the Vice-President of Quality, located at the Administrative Center, you will:

Oversee the Vice-President's schedule, including booking travel arrangements for him and his leadership team.
Manage daily activities, prioritize incoming information, and schedule meetings.
Assess the overall governance of the Quality function and recommend improvements.
Schedule meetings and prepare necessary materials.
Assist with projects related to Quality function and create presentations as needed.
Act as a liaison between the Quality Vice-President, senior management, and other organizations.
Prepare and consolidate expense reports and other financial documents.
Draft and format various documents, including correspondence, reports, and memos.
Update and maintain organizational charts.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Write internal and external correspondence in both French and English.
Manage budget-related activities and participate in special projects, social events, and recognition activities.

How to thrive in this role?

You have a college degree in office technology or equivalent;
You have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience;
You have excellent communication skills both spoken and written in French and English;
You have excellent knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Outlook;
You must be a team player, known for your dynamism, strong interpersonal relations, judgment and organization skills;
You have the ability to assess and manage business priorities in a dynamic and fast pace environment;
You have experience in project management;
You enjoy handling multiple continuous mandates and being the administrative resource for a manufacturing site.

Responsibilities

Manage the Vice-President of Quality’s schedule, travel, meetings, correspondence, expenses, budget-related activities, and organizational records. Support Quality function projects and governance improvements, prepare presentations and meeting materials, and coordinate with senior management and other organizations.

Requirements

Requires a college degree in office technology or equivalent and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have strong written and spoken French and English communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, project management experience, and excellent organizational, interpersonal, judgment, and prioritization skills.
