What are your contributions to the team?
- Provide planning with the requirements to execute maintenance on the site’s equipment (parts, manpower, work orders, documentation, etc.)
- Develop and deploy preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Analyze equipment failures, proceed to root cause analysis and support implementing solutions
- Be a leader of continuous improvement for the area you support
- Support resolving supply chain issues in finding alternatives
- Lead critical troubleshooting situations to allow best-in-class equipment return to service
- Act as the equipment maintenance department representative in asset acquisition process
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a university diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Automated Manufacturing engineering and/or relevant college degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- You have the ability synthetize, vulgarize and present complex technical information.
- You have work under pressure, like multitasking and are known to fulfill your commitments.
- You have organizational awareness, an excellent team player, are perseverant and have good judgement.
- You master French and English, you are Bilingual.
- You have experience in and are passionate about equipment maintenance.
