Job Description
Bonus Batch is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our Affiliate Program and help us grow our network of local businesses.
As a Business Development Affiliate, you will connect with business owners, introduce them to Bonus Batch, explain how the platform can help them attract customers and generate additional revenue, and encourage them to sign up.
This is a commission-only position with flexible hours and no earning cap.
Compensation
Earn $50 for every qualified business that successfully signs up and completes onboarding with Bonus Batch.
For example:
- 5 successful signups = $250
- 10 successful signups = $500
- 20 successful signups = $1,000
There is no limit to how many businesses you can refer.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential businesses that would be a good fit for Bonus Batch
- Visit, call, email, or message local businesses
- Speak directly with business owners and managers
- Explain the Bonus Batch platform and its benefits
- Encourage interested businesses to register
- Follow up with potential businesses when needed
- Use your assigned affiliate/referral link to track signups
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses

Bonus Batch works with businesses across multiple industries, including:
- Restaurants
- Cafés
- Bakeries
- Grocery and convenience stores
- Retail businesses
- Salons and spas
- Fitness businesses
- Entertainment businesses
- Hotels
- Professional service providers
- Other eligible local businesses
What Qualifies for Commission
To qualify for the $50 commission, the referred business must:
- Be a legitimate operating business
- Be new to Bonus Batch
- Complete the required registration
- Provide valid business information
- Successfully complete the onboarding and approval process
Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or previously registered businesses do not qualify.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with business owners
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Able to work independently
- Reliable and professional
- Sales, business development, customer service, or marketing experience is an asset but not required
