Boomerang is looking for a Sports-Minded Sales Assistant to join its growing Toronto team. This is a hands-on sales role suited to individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, team-focused environment and are motivated by targets, personal development and performance. No previous sales experience is required - full training and ongoing coaching are provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- As a Sales Assistant, you'll work across live retail and event-based campaigns, engaging customers face-to-face and supporting new customer acquisition.
- You'll start conversations with potential customers, understand their needs, explain available
- products, services and promotions, and help guide interested customers through the sales process.
- You'll also work alongside the wider team to achieve daily sales goals, maintain a professional
- campaign environment and continually develop your confidence, communication and sales skills.
