About the job
The Opportunity
BoomerangFX is the fastest-growing AI-powered practice management platform in private-pay healthcare, operating across 6+ countries. We are building the next generation of clinical AI, starting with Auvia, our autonomous patient engagement co-pilot.
We're looking for an AI Tech Lead who wants to do more than ship models. This is a chance to lead and mentor a high-performing AI engineering team, shape our AI architecture from the ground up, and see your work go live in production across a global healthcare platform, all while working directly with leadership on where AI takes the business next.
If you thrive at the intersection of technology, consulting, and innovation, and want ownership over real, high-impact AI systems rather than incremental experiments, this role is built for you.
