Responsibilities
Monitor connected energy and utility fleets around the clock, triage alarms, perform runbook-based remediation, and escalate incidents while tracking partner SLAs. Maintain audit-ready incident records and shift handovers, coordinate with field service, customer support, and engineering, and contribute to post-incident reviews and NOC performance reporting.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of experience in a 24/7 monitoring or incident-response environment, with hands-on alarm triage, runbook remediation, SLA-based escalation, ticket documentation, and structured shift handovers. A college diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience is expected; familiarity with connected devices, energy systems, EV charging, utility communications, ITIL practices, and networking is relevant.
