Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Toronto, ON. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling implant prosthetic solutions and related dental products to clinics, laboratories, and other oral healthcare providers within an assigned territory. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, visiting client sites, and providing consultative support to dental professionals. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and clinical support teams, participate in trade shows and educational events, and provide ongoing customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of dental, medical device, or healthcare products and workflows, or a strong interest in learning the implant prosthetic sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with dental professionals.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and accurate CRM documentation.
- Ability to work on-site and in the field, including regular client visits in the Toronto area and occasional travel for events or training.
- Proficiency in basic office and productivity software (e.g., CRM tools, email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Prior experience in business-to-business sales, ideally in dental, medical, or related technical industries.
- Post-secondary education in business, science, healthcare, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
