Bright Hope Childcare Centre Inc.

Bright Hope Childcare Centre (BHCC) is a registered non-profit, centre-based childcare and early learning organization coming soon to 718 Rymal Road East on Hamilton Mountain. Our centre is under construction, and licensing is in process with the Ontario Ministry of Education.

BHCC is preparing infant, toddler, and preschool programs in dedicated program rooms. We are building a warm, inclusive, and culturally responsive early learning community where children are known, families are welcomed, and educators are supported.

Our approach is rooted in meaningful play, inquiry, responsive relationships, and connection to nature. Children will have opportunities to explore, ask questions, solve problems, create, communicate, and collaborate. Educators will support early literacy, number sense, self-regulation, independence, social-emotional development, and positive relationships at each child’s own pace.

Our preschool program will support children and families as they prepare for a confident transition to Junior Kindergarten (JK). This includes building routines, communication, independence, curiosity, and the social-emotional foundations that help children approach school with confidence.

We believe families are partners. Parents and caregivers will be kept informed and actively involved in their child’s learning and growth.

For educators: We are building our founding team and welcome Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) and experienced ECE assistants who want to help shape a new centre. Send résumés to careers@brighthopecc.com.

For community partners: We welcome connections with local schools, libraries, family-service organizations, businesses, and ECE networks.
