A passion for results
Results Business Consultants exists for one simple reason - to make good companies great. We work with ambitious, open-minded business leaders who are seeking better results. Our methodology and delivery model ensure clients build the habits that make execution unavoidable.
Our clients are recognized as some of the fastest-growing in Alberta, and our brand and reputation is becoming well established.
A unique opportunity
Executive Business Coach - but not your typical one. At Results, the title you’ll carry is Business Execution Specialist, because the work goes further than coaching from the sidelines. You’re in the room as clients clarify their vision, build their strategy, and - most importantly - actually execute it.
We’re looking for an impactful facilitator and work colleague to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is helping clients close the gap between knowing what to do and doing it: teaching best practices for running a small to medium-sized business, and building the leadership habits that make execution stick.
Experience
We welcome applicants with a variety of experiences, including but not limited to:
- A minimum of 10 years of business experience in entrepreneurship or senior leadership in a mid to large size organization.
- Experience in people management, including hiring, performance feedback, and development.
- Experience with profit and loss accountability and converting top-line revenue to bottom-line income.
- A proven track record of achieving extraordinary business results.
- Experience in facilitating strategic and operational planning processes.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring leaders.
Skills/Qualities
The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
- Passion and drive for achieving results and helping others stay focused on their goals.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate key concepts effectively.
- Ability to inspire and motivate clients towards achieving their vision.
- Proficiency in facilitation, with the ability to plan, develop, and conduct effective meetings.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
- Integrity and the courage to provide honest feedback.
- Flexibility to shift between education, facilitation, and consultation as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
