KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Report daily to Service Manager using daily work logs, deficiency tracking software, email and order databases.
- Coordinate work plans with the Service Manager and Field Management.
- Provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Actively participate and demonstrate safety in the workplace.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Class 5 Driver’s license and personal vehicle with good driving history.
- 2 years of relevant experience in the industry with fabrication, service or installation of window wall or curtain wall is a must.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
- Result orientated, Delegation, Problem Solving, Planning, Process Management
- Ability to maintain speed and accuracy against established targets.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills a must
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, swing stages and ladders.
SALARY RANGE
$65,000 - $75,000 annual salary
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Work is primarily in partnership with another Service Tech.
- Physically demanding at times with handling of heavy loads.
- Bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Shared work vehicle and tools provided.
- Forklift, MEWP, Fall Pro and or relevant certification or training is available.
TRAINING & ONBOARDING
We will provide training and onboarding sessions to ensure that you’ve got everything you need to succeed in your new role.
