You will work hands-on in data centers and telecom environments across Ontario, installing, testing and bringing live the fiber and copper networks that real customers depend on every day.

Who we are
Cable Leafs Consultancy Inc. (CLC) is a 100% Canadian company, founded in 2014. We provide professional telecommunications and IT services, from consulting and design through planning and implementation. We design, build and maintain flexible, end-to-end infrastructure, including detailed data center surveys, complete designs, and high-quality installation and support tailored to each customer. Our services include:
- Telecom services design and implementation
- IT services design and implementation
- Structured cabling, including data centers
What you will do
• Build it right. Install equipment and run and pull cable to industry regulations and standards.
• Prove it works. Test equipment and connections, then find and fix any issues before hand-off.
• Keep the record straight. Document installations, services and repairs accurately so every job is traceable.
• Work safe, every time. Follow safe work practices and company safety policies on every site.
• Be the face of CLC. Coordinate with team members and customers on site, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.
What you bring
Must-haves
• At least 3 years of hands-on data center and/or telecom implementation experience.
• A full Ontario G driver’s license (not G1 or G2), with a driving record you are proud of.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites daily, including occasional overnight trips.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Great to have
- Experience with copper (CAT 5/6) and fiber optic cabling, including fiber termination with various connector types.
- Knowledge of work area protection, electrical safety awareness and fall protection.

- Clear communicator who coordinates well with colleagues and clients.
The working picture
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time, with weekend availability.
• On-call: Occasional on-call, which may include nights, weekends and holidays. Overtime is available with Team Lead approval.
• Coverage: Projects across Ontario.
• Physical: Able to lift or move up to 40 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance. Able to climb ladders up to 40 feet.
