The Role
We're looking for an experienced Aesthetician to lead Caci machine training and Apilus electrolysis training at our Richmond Hill location. This is a part-time, on-site role. You'll teach our team and professional partners to deliver safe, effective, consistent treatments, and you'll be the go-to expert on technique, protocols, and client results.
What you'll do
Training
- Deliver hands-on Caci device training to in-house staff and salon/clinic partners
- Lead Apilus electrolysis training covering technique, modalities (thermolysis, blend, galvanic), safety,
sanitation, and client consultation
- Develop training materials, protocols, and certification assessments, and give trainees feedback and
follow-up support
- Reach out to salon and clinic partners to schedule and coordinate training sessions
Treatments & clients
- Perform Caci and electrolysis treatments on schedule, in a thorough and professional manner
- Recommend treatment plans and home-care products based on each client's needs
- Build a personal clientele: follow up after treatments, rebook appointments, and send thank-you notes to
first-time clients
- Support promotions and events, including booking clients and preparing special offers
- Support brand content such as demos, tutorials, and webinars
Studio care
- Keep treatment rooms neat, clean, and sterilized at all times
- Make sure Caci devices and Apilus equipment are clean and in good working order
- Keep supplies and stock organized and replenished
- Comply with all health, safety, and infection-control requirements
- Travel to partner locations as required
What you bring
- Aesthetics diploma or certification from a recognized program
- Electrolysis certification
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
- Clear communicator who can explain technique and the science behind it
- Professional, patient, and detail-oriented
• Availability for [days/hours, e.g. 2–3 days per week]The ideal candidate
- Hands-on electrolysis experience; Apilus experience is a strong asset
- Experience with facial devices (microcurrent, LED, radiofrequency, etc.); Caci experience is an asset
- Previous training, teaching, or mentoring experience
Measures of success
- Trainees who complete certification confidently and deliver consistent, safe results
- Client satisfaction, retention, and rebooking
- Feedback from trainees, clients, and salon/clinic partners
- Clean, safe, well-run treatment rooms and equipment
