The Terminal Operations team sits at the heart of the airport experience, collaborating with internal teams, tenants, airlines, and partners across the airport community to deliver a smooth, memorable journey for every passenger. From shaping long‑term operational strategies to keeping pace with the airport’s daily rhythm, this team balances big‑picture thinking with real‑time action - managing programs, responding to events, and solving challenges as they arise. Their work directly influences the success of each day’s operations and supports YYC Calgary Airport’s reputation as one of Canada’s leading airports.
