Position Overview
The Site Manager is the mobile on-site operational lead responsible for managing stocktaking activities, supervising field teams, coordinating with DND personnel, and ensuring successful completion of assigned task authorizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site project execution.
- Supervise contractor personnel.
- Coordinate daily stocktaking operations.
- Liaise with local DND representatives.
- Manage resource scheduling and productivity.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations.
- Monitor inventory management processes.
- Prepare weekly progress reports.
- Prepare task completion reports.
- Deliver final project briefings.
- Ensure quality, safety and compliance.
Qualifications
- Highschool or post-secondary graduation
- Eligible for Reliability Status and/or Secret Clearance
- 3+ years supervising 5+ personnel in supply or material management environments.
- 3+ years supply and material management experience.
- 3+ years SAP Material Management Module and/or DRMIS experience.
