Cambridge Centre Dental Care has been on Hespeler Road for over 20 years. We're a multi-doctor practice doing everything from cleanings and emergencies to implants, All-on-X, Invisalign and sedation dentistry. Our whole brand is built around one idea: come as you are. A lot of our patients are anxious, embarrassed, or haven't seen a dentist in years. Our content is how we reach them before they ever walk in.
Who I'm looking for
I'm the owner, and I'm hands-on with our brand. I don't need someone to schedule stock graphics. I need someone who can pick up a camera, shoot in the clinic, edit it that night, and have it posted before the morning huddle.
You'll be:
• Shooting and editing video and photo in-house - reels, patient stories (with consent), behind-the-scenes, doctor content, before-and-afters. You own the camera, the lighting and the edit.
• Running our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google and YouTube. Planning the calendar, posting daily, replying to comments and DMs same day.
• Turning clinical work into content people actually want to watch. You'll be in the ops with the team, not at a desk down the hall.
• Watching what's working, killing what isn't, and coming to me with ideas I haven't thought of.
Must-haves:
• On-site in Cambridge, full-time. Content happens where the patients are.
• Available evenings and weekends when needed. Shoot days, events, community sponsorships (we're the dental partner for Cambridge United soccer and the Mill Race), and posting on a real schedule - not 9-to-5 only.
• Real shooting and editing skills. Show me a portfolio or reel. CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci - I don't care which, I care that it's good.
• Creativity. You bring the ideas, hooks and formats. If you need a brief for every post, this isn't the role.
• Strong writing - captions and DMs that sound human, not like a clinic.
• Comfortable in a clinical setting and with confidentiality.
Nice-to-haves:
• Healthcare or dental content experience
• Canva / Adobe / basic motion graphics
• Understanding of RCDSO advertising rules (we'll teach you)
Why this role
You get a real subject: a busy surgical practice, a doctor who's willing to be on camera, and a budget for gear. You'll build a body of work here, not just fill a feed.
To apply: send your reel or portfolio with your application. No portfolio, no interview.
