Boasting a workforce of 3,500+ employees and with ambitious growth on the horizon, CanadaOne Auto is actively searching for a IT Infrastructure Analyst to implement, configure, support, and maintain our core cloud and network infrastructure platforms. In this role, you will work closely with the infrastructure team to support our hybrid cloud strategy while following security and information management best practices. This in-office position requires daily onsite attendance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Support servers, backups, patching, networks, firewalls, access control, public cloud, and SaaS platforms.
· Apply cloud infrastructure expertise to translate strategy and architecture into secure, resilient, and efficient solutions and operational support.
· Implement, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and other cloud solutions, including provisioning, capacity planning, incident management, and reliable service delivery.
· Help advance the Cloud Services roadmap through lifecycle management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of core technologies.
· Develop, implement, and review cloud operating procedures with your manager to meet policy, regulatory, standards, and risk-control requirements.
· Evaluate and communicate new cloud features and tools, and support governance for their implementation and adoption.
· Participate in or lead problem management, including post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, documented findings, and recommendations.
· Contribute to infrastructure and operations planning while building strong relationships with business units, service providers, technical teams, and end users.
· Support service and operational targets, including project timelines, client satisfaction, ticket response and resolution, availability, and service quality.
· Help manage and communicate outages and performance degradation, using monitoring and analysis to maintain uptime and provide timely stakeholder updates.
MUST HAVES
· At least three years of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining solutions across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, Active Directory, single sign-on, Windows Server, and network infrastructure.
· A university degree in computer science, business, or engineering; a relevant two-year diploma from a recognized institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies, especially cloud platforms and operational practices.
· Broad infrastructure expertise spanning desktops, servers, storage, backups, networking, public cloud, and SaaS platforms.
· Proven ability to administer Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365, including resource provisioning, capacity planning, security, monitoring, and operational support.
· Experience working with architects, developers, leaders, business users, service providers, and support teams to plan, implement, operationalize, and troubleshoot cloud workloads.
· Ability to lead major incident response, balance competing priorities, and maintain reliable cloud platform operations.
· Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, with close attention to detail.
· Ability to create and manage technical processes, recommend standards, incorporate peer feedback, and promote continuous improvement.
· Working knowledge of Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki, and related networking technologies.
· Willingness to join a rotating on-call schedule.
ASSETS
· Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or higher.
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
· Relevant certifications in Windows, Linux, storage, backup, networking, or enterprise computing.
· Familiarity with Google Workspace and environment migrations.
· Experience supporting a multi-site retail or automotive environment.
