Position Description: The Warehouse Attendant helps keep the yard, warehouse, and repair shop areas clean, organized, and running smoothly. This role focuses on basic, routine tasks and works as part of a supportive team.
This position reports to the Customer Service Warehouse Supervisor and completes tasks assigned by the warehouse lead.
Reporting to: Customer Service Warehouse Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Keeps the yard, warehouse, and repair shop areas clean and tidy.
· Organizes supplies, packaging, and storage materials.
· Monitors the equipment and inventory levels and notify the supervisor of any shortages
· Ensure that all equipment is properly labeled and within company standards
· Safe and courteous operation of NorthStar Equipment Rentals vehicles and equipment at all times
· Supports the warehouse staff or equipment technicians with basic, assigned tasks.
· Assists the Washbay Attendant with tasks as required

· Performs other basic, job-related tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
· No previous experience required
· Possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
· Must have a clean and valid class 5 Alberta driver’s license
· A highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, capable of working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
· Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
· Ability to follow clear, step-by-step instructions
· Ability to perform light physical tasks such as walking, standing, and light lifting
· Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
· Support and guidance will be provided as needed
