Whatyou’ll do;
Meet homeowners in their homes, understand their priorities and confidently guide them through suitable
window and dor options.
You’ll take ownershi
p
of the sale process by:
• Arriving prepared and on time for scheduledappointments.
• Delivering clear presentations and explaining products, pricing
and project scpe accurately.
• Asking for the sale and following up consistently on ope opportunities.
• Preparing complete
q
uotes, contractsand CRM records.
• Working with Operations and Consumer Care to ensure customer expectaions
and project
detals are understood.
• Responding promptly when customers or colleagues need clarification, incluing after the sale.
• Applying coachin
g and working toward g

eed sales targets.
