Role Description The Experienced Polyurethane Concrete Leveling Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Newmarket, ON. This position is responsible for preparing job sites, setting up equipment, and installing PolyLevel® polyurethane to lift, level, and stabilize concrete slabs. Daily tasks include drilling injection points, operating pumping and mixing equipment, monitoring material flow, and verifying that surfaces are restored to the required specifications. The technician will perform concrete repairs, clean and maintain tools and vehicles, and follow safety protocols and quality standards on every project. The role also involves communicating with team members and customers on-site, documenting work completed, and assisting in troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to safely operate and maintain heavy equipment and specialized leveling tools.
- Complete experience of polyurethane concrete injection
- Strong commitment to safety, including use of PPE and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Physical ability to perform hands-on work, including lifting, bending, and working in varied outdoor conditions.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow technical instructions and measurements.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Newmarket, ON job site and surrounding project locations.
- Prior experience in concrete leveling, concrete construction required.
