SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Financial Assistant provides administrative and accounting support to the Finance Manager and Finance team by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and maintaining the integrity of financial records. The role is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank deposits and reconciliations, financial reporting support, and assisting with budgeting and funder reporting. This position plays a key role in supporting the organization's financial operations while maintaining compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and funding requirements.
