Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Regina, SK, with a mix of on-site customer visits and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular customer meetings, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, preparing quotes and proposals, and coordinating product and service delivery with internal teams. The Account Manager monitors account performance, resolves service issues, handles contract renewals, and supports customer onboarding and retention initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with sales and operations, and contributing to local market growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Account management and client relationship skills, including experience maintaining and growing business with existing customers.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills to address service issues, manage expectations, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Organizational and time-management skills to plan customer visits, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate documentation and CRM records.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present solutions and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including on-site visits in Regina, SK and remote work, with a valid driver’s license for customer travel.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office) and CRM tools; previous experience in B2B services or industrial / facility supplies is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
