Job Summary
The translates strategic business requirements into formal, value-driven product roadmaps, working in close collaboration with Business and Information & Technology (I&T) stakeholders to operationalize them for initial development and continuous evolution. Managing the product through its entire lifecycle, the incumbent champion's the CN Business Process of Product Management - governing deliverables from inception to customer delivery to maximize business value, operational efficiency, and user experience. To ensure the product consistently meets evolving business demands, the Product Manager proactively gathers customer feedback to drive user satisfaction, while balancing market trends against CN's core I&T architecture and safety standards.
Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and enterprise security tools, with the ability to incorporate security requirements and risk considerations into product strategy, roadmap planning, and solution delivery.
