In this role you will:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the daily operations including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports and managing program/service documents.
- Assist in preparing materials for events and meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.
- Manage information and data, including maintaining files and records, updating databases, and generating reports.
- Establish rapport and credibility by creating a positive experience with internal and/or external clients/partners.
- Provide client support and act as a resource for resolving issues and answering questions related to program or service processes.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of processes and workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new initiatives and best practices to improve client outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives, providing support and assistance as required
We are looking for:
- Qualifications include a minimum of 1-2 years experience and a 1-2 year college diploma or post-secondary certification and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to apply standard methods, and select amongst options to resolve routine problems.
- Ability to communicate and influence by clarifying policies, processes, and services effectively.
- Ability to focus on client satisfaction and ensure that the services meet the clients' expectations
Working Conditions:
- Will be working primarily in an office environment.
- While in response domestic travel in generally safe environments.
- Some travel by vehicle may be required.
