eCommerce Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Do:
As the eCommerce Marketing Specialist, you will own the end-to-end process of getting accurate,
compelling product content loaded and live on customer websites for all lines of business.
You will combine technical platform expertise, sharp attention to detail, and practical problem-solving to improve product visibility, accelerate launches, and build scalable digital shelf processes.
Driving Responsibilities:
- Own product syndication: Manage the complete workflow for publishing product content from Salsify and Syndigo to customer and distributor websites, retailer portals and showroom platforms.
- Lead platform execution: Serve as the internal Salsify and Syndigo expert for product setup, attribute mapping, taxonomy, digital assets, customer requirements, and syndication workflows.
- Drive listing readiness: Coordinate item setup across big box retailers, lighting showrooms, and distributor channels.
- Build new channels: Help establish repeatable product setup, data, and partner onboarding processes.
- Protect data quality: Monitor syndication status, troubleshoot rejected or missing attributes, and coordinate corrections so products launch accurately and on time.
- Maintain channel standards: Keep customer-specific templates, taxonomies, and content requirements current.
- Work cross-functionally: Partner with Product & Media, Marketing, Sales, and account stakeholders to gather information, prioritize launches, and maintain current assortments.
- Create visibility: Maintain practical trackers, dashboards, and process documentation that show what is live, where gaps exist, and what action is needed next.
- Improve the process: Recommend and implement changes that increase the speed, accuracy, and scalability of digital shelf execution.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital shelf, product content, product information management, or syndication.
- Proficiency with Salsify and Syndigo required.
- Experience managing product setup and content distribution across different channels.
- A strong understanding of product data structures, attributes, taxonomy, digital assets, and customer content requirements.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to follow through on commitments.
- Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills and confidence working with large product catalogues and structured data.
- Additional assets: Knowledge of product page structure, digital merchandising, and user experience, plus an eye for image quality, content presentation, and digital shelf consistency.
