About the Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing, vertically integrated operator of large-scale, renewable-powered AI and high-performance computing (HPC) data centers across North America. As they scale their enterprise customer base, they're creating a brand-new Customer Success Manager role to be the face of the business for a portfolio of key clients.
This is a relationship and outcomes role, you'll own the ongoing success of your accounts, working closely with an internal analytics and operations team to keep clients informed, confident, and set up for growth.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of enterprise clients, acting as their point of contact and trusted advisor
- Lead regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews, translating operational and performance data into clear, actionable insights
- Step in as the senior escalation point when issues need more than a first-line response, coordinating internally to get clients a fast, clear resolution
- Track client health, flag risks early, and proactively suggest ways clients can get more value and capacity as they grow
- Partner closely with internal operations, engineering, and analytics teams to make sure what's promised gets delivered
- Support clients through onboarding, renewals, and expansion as the business scales
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a customer success, technical account management, or service delivery role, ideally within data centers, cloud, or other digital infrastructure-heavy environments
- Comfort working alongside technical teams and translating complex performance data into plain-language business insight. You should be comfortable with concepts like GPU vs. CPU
- A track record of leading confident, senior-level conversations with clients, including formal business reviews
- Strong organizational skills, ideally with hands-on experience using tools like Slack and Jira
- Experience in a fast-scaling company (start-up or high-growth environment) is a strong plus
- Based within reasonable reach of Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones, with the flexibility to be in the Vancouver office periodically
