Role Description The Account Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. This position supports daily accounting and finance operations, including processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with account reconciliations. The role includes tracking petty cash, helping with credit control activities such as monitoring outstanding balances, and providing support with basic financial reporting. The Account Assistant will communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing or payment inquiries and ensure timely, accurate information flow. The role also involves general administrative tasks related to accounting and collaboration with the finance team to improve processes and support business growth.
