Capital I Industries Inc. is a Saskatchewan based manufacturer specializing in high quality motor grader attachments and industrial equipment. For more than 35 years, we have built our reputation on practical solutions, quality workmanship, dependable service, and strong relationships with our customers.

As we continue to strengthen and grow our business, we are looking for a professional, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Administrator to join our team in Tisdale.

The Opportunity

The Receptionist / Administrator is often the first point of contact for our customers, suppliers, employees, and visitors. This position combines front office reception with administrative support and plays an important role in keeping our office organized and running efficiently.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and professional, takes ownership of their responsibilities, pays attention to detail, and is willing to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, suppliers, visitors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and general inquiries.
Monitor general company email and route inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and other correspondence.
Prepare outgoing mail and courier shipments as required.
Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
Prepare, format, scan, file, and maintain company documents and records.
Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
Assist with purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, and other administrative documentation as required.
Support basic accounts payable and accounts receivable administration when required.
Assist with meeting coordination, employee communications, company events, and other office activities.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front-office environment.
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, customer, financial, and company information.
Assist with other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Previous experience in reception, office administration, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional telephone and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with ERP, accounting, CRM, or business software is considered an asset.
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, equipment, or similar business environment is considered an asset.
Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
A professional and positive approach when dealing with customers, suppliers, employees, and visitors.
