Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Woodbridge, ON. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries by phone and email, provide product information, and assist clients with order placement, status updates, and issue resolution. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of commercial plumbing solutions, maintaining records of customer interactions, and following up on open requests. The individual will support account management activities, help maintain high customer satisfaction levels, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience focusing on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring positive, professional interactions at every touchpoint.
- Previous work in roles related to Customer Service Representatives or similar customer-facing positions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear, courteous, and confident phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to learn technical product information and explain solutions in a straightforward manner.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and follow-up on customer requests.
- Comfort working in an on-site office environment and collaborating with sales, technical, and operations teams.
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems, email, and office productivity software; prior experience in manufacturing or plumbing industries is an asset.
