Career Mentors is based in Dublin, Ireland and provides career coaching and outplacement services to professionals transitioning jobs or organisations that are downsizing. It was established by Mairead Griffin FCIPD in response to a rapidly changing career climate in Ireland

The support we offer aims to guide, equip and motivate employees towards finding alternative jobs or career directions within the most appropriate timeframe for that individual. We provide online and phone support until this is achieved

Our outplacement service is a structured process of helping employees in transition evaluate their career opportunities, implement a job search and manage their move to new employment. Larger scale projects are delivered using a team of qualified and experienced associate career consultants.

We provide the methodology, career tools and personal support designed to make a job search more efficient and productive This support can be provided individually or as part of a group. We specialise in working at Senior Management level as executives require both strategic and tactical support that involves coaching and analysis.

We work in partnership with employers to ensure the downsizing process runs as smoothly as possible.
