For individuals I'm a certified career coach, trained through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a recruiter, so you get both: coaching to get clear on who you are and what you want next, and a recruiter's view of how hiring decisions are really made. Together we turn that clarity into a master resume you write in your own words, a search plan that fits you, and the confidence to go after it.

For employers Recruitment: searches started within 24 hours of our kickoff call, plus the hiring process, templates and training your team keeps using long after we're done.

Outplacement: a five-session program for employees affected by a layoff or restructuring, for one person or a whole group. It helps them land well and shows the people who stay that you care.

Every engagement follows the same three stages: Clarity, Strategy, Execution.
