Due to our continued business growth, Cascadia Metals is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be a permanent, full-time position and is located at our Dorval, Quebec branch. We are looking for a driven team member, who shares our passion for pairing quality products with a great customer experience every step of the way. The right attitude towards work, in collaborating with your fellow colleagues and in dealing with our valued customers in a courteous and professional manner is paramount to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales growth.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Accurately process and manage customer orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Assist with project bids and larger sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Bilingual French and English required – fluent written and verbal communication.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong sales instincts with a driven, results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Steel or industrial sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
