We’re looking for someone who understands private lending, has strong real estate knowledge, and knows how to look beyond the numbers to structure the right deal.
In this role, you will:
-Analyze mortgage applications and structure financing solutions
-Prepare recommendations for approval
-Work directly with mortgage brokers and clients to assess opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of underwriting or credit experience, ideally in private lending
-Strong knowledge of real estate and mortgage financing
-Sound judgment and a solutions-oriented approach
-Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
-Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple files
