- Upstream Content Integration: Engage early in the development and ideation phases with producers and content leads to co-create high-value, market-ready opportunities without compromising editorial integrity.
- Governance & Compliance: Define and enforce the regulatory framework (product placement, sponsorships, partnerships) while demonstrating agility to close innovative and profitable deals.
- Strategic Alignment, Synergies & Sales Enablement
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Engage programming, scheduling, B2B marketing, and research teams to ensure strategic alignment, operational feasibility, and financial viability for major initiatives.
- Go-to-Market & Sales Support: Equip, guide, and empower the sales force by translating editorial priorities and digital innovations into compelling, high-yield sales propositions.
- Leadership, Talent Management & Performance Culture
- Team Direction & Growth: Manage, empower, and mentor a team of advisors and specialists, fostering the development of their strategic and negotiation skill sets.
