Receptionist/Office Assistant

Location : Regina Employment Type : Full-Time

For almost 40 years, EnviroWay Detergent Manufacturing Inc has been a proud Saskatchewan-based manufacturer of green and eco-friendly cleaning products. We are urgently looking for an effective and articulate Receptionist/Office Assistant who is well organized an capable of administratively run our Regina office.

The Receptionist/Office Assistant is to provide professional, welcoming, and efficient front-desk and administrative support that ensures a positive experience for clients, visitors, employees, and business partners.

Job Description

Maintain the overall Ambience of the workplace
Receiving and greeting all visitors in a warm professional manner.
Execute Front desk reception duties which include handling all phone traffic and managing internal & external communications in a timely and professional manner.
Taking messages and directing voicemails to employee inboxes
Maintaining a clean, organized office environment
Maintain Calendars and Scheduling Meetings
Paper correspondence and mails
Maintaining Inventory of in store stocks and Stationery
Filing i.e. Invoices and Shipping log.
Performing general administrative duties such as collecting and distributing all incoming mail and courier items.
Developing and maintaining tracking systems on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office.
Daily general organization and cleaning of the front desk and the entire office.

Qualifications, Competencies and Skills:

A diploma in office administration, business administration etc.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Advanced level knowledge of common industry software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Sage 300.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships.
Proactive and highly organized with an exceptional ability to multi-task.
Ability to respond to requests in a timely manner.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning relevant to the role.
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be a great team player
