Celernus Investment Partners Inc. (“Celernus”) is a private company incorporated in Ontario, established in 2011 as a wealth management firm to serve high net worth families, entrepreneurs and professionals with complex investment needs.

At Celernus, our goal is to manage funds that generate attractive returns with minimal month-to-month return variability, particularly on the downside. Celernus Investment Partners Inc. is registered as a portfolio manager in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec and Nova Scotia, and as an investment fund manager in Ontario and Quebec. Our principal regulator is the Ontario Securities Commission.
