Responsibilities:
- Prepare the material to be taught;
- Conduct teaching in class or remotely;
- Evaluate students;
- Train students to prepare them to face the challenges of the profession and to become autonomous in their future roles as refrigeration technicians.
Requirements
Desired requirements and skills
- Passion for the profession;
- Dynamic and team-oriented person;
- Great autonomy, sense of organization and planning;
- Aptitude for communication, listening, and having interpersonal skills;
- Sense of professional ethics;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written French;
- Bilingualism in French and English (an asset).
- DEP, DEC, or a university degree in a relevant program according to the targeted sector;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in refrigeration;
- Be available during the day;
- Teaching experience (an asset);
- Interest in pursuing a university degree in teaching in the Vocational Training program designed to be completed part-time while working.
