Champions of Hope

Champions of Hope is a Vancouver-based community and workforce initiative built through live events, local artists, charitable causes, and trades-readiness.

We started as a grassroots concert series creating shows where local musicians, art vendors, sponsors, nonprofits, and audiences could come together. Our events have raised money for Vancouver causes, paid emerging artists and contractors, and built trust with younger community members through real in-person experiences.

We are now expanding that work through FieldProof by Champions of Hope, a trades candidate-readiness filter for BC contractors, trade schools, and workforce partners.

FieldProof helps reduce hiring waste by manually validating candidates before they reach a hiring or intake team. We screen for work eligibility, transportation, trade interest, hands-on experience, timeline, wage expectations, responsiveness, and readiness to work or train.

We are not a staffing agency and we do not send raw lead lists.

Our focus is simple: use community trust, outreach, and human validation to help people find better pathways into the trades while helping employers and training partners spend less time sorting through weak or unready applicants.
