Job Responsibilities{{{{:}}}}
- Responsible for the protection of people, property, facilities, and information
- Maintain surveillance of surrounding area and report suspicious activity
- Deliver and collect items from various locations as required
- Perform seasonal landscaping duties to maintain a safe and professional facility appearance.
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely while maintaining clean and attractive grounds
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard by removing litter to ensure a safe work environment
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous security experience with a valid Security Guard License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work full-time, including flexible hours if required.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks, including driving, security, and landscaping duties

Protect people, property, facilities, and information by monitoring the surrounding area and reporting suspicious activity. Deliver and collect items as needed, perform seasonal landscaping, and keep the yard clean, organized, and safe.
Requirements
Requires a valid Security Guard License, previous security experience, a clean driving record, and a valid G driver's license. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be available for full-time work with flexible hours if required, and be able to perform driving, security, and landscaping duties.
