- Maintain compliance with SQF, cGMP, and other applicable food safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Operations, R&D, and technical teams on process and product improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, food production, process operations, or a related environment is an asset.
- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates with relevant education, co-op, internship, or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Hands-on approach with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow technical procedures and documentation.
- Comfortable working with production data and learning new equipment and processes.
