Ce que vous ferez

À titre de technicien(ne) de maintenance, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le maintien de nos opérations en assurant la fiabilité, la sécurité et l’efficacité de nos équipements de production.

Vos principales responsabilités :

✅ Effectuer l’entretien préventif, correctif et prédictif des équipements de production.

✅ Diagnostiquer et réparer les problèmes mécaniques, électriques, pneumatiques et hydrauliques.

✅ Réagir rapidement aux pannes afin de minimiser les arrêts de production.

✅ Réaliser les inspections, la lubrification, le calibrage et le remplacement des composantes selon les plans de maintenance.

✅ Participer à l’installation, l’ajustement et les changements de formats sur les lignes de production.

✅ Effectuer divers travaux d’entretien général du bâtiment (petites réparations, plomberie, électricité de base, soudure, peinture, etc.).

✅ Maintenir à jour les bons de travail, les registres d’entretien et l’inventaire des pièces.

✅ Collaborer avec les équipes de production et qualité afin d’identifier et résoudre les problématiques récurrentes.

✅ Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations visant à accroître la performance et la fiabilité des équipements.

Le profil que nous recherchons

Qualifications

Diplôme technique ou formation professionnelle en maintenance industrielle, électromécanique, mécanique industrielle ou domaine connexe.
Minimum de 2 à 5 années d’expérience dans un environnement manufacturier.
Bonne compréhension des systèmes mécaniques, électriques, pneumatiques et hydrauliques.
Expérience avec des équipements d’emballage, d’étiquetage ou de moulage par soufflage (un atout important).
Connaissance de base des automates programmables (PLC/API) et des systèmes de contrôle industriels (atout).
Capacité à lire des plans mécaniques, schémas électriques et manuels techniques.
Habileté à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.

What you will do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production equipment, helping maintain smooth operations throughout the facility.

Key responsibilities:
