- Maintain High Standards: Conduct regular quality checks, enforce strict food safety/FIFO protocols, and ensure health inspection readiness.
- Administrative Operations: Oversee catering inventory, manage par levels, track waste, verify invoices, and monitor the Catering Calendar.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with our Catering Sales Lead, Feast Department Chefs, and Cafe Kitchen Leads to align on product availability, modifications, and production timelines.
What We’re Looking For

- Certifications: Valid Food Handler’s Certificate and First Aid Training(or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to delegate, coach staff, manage performance reviews, and handle busy shifts with composure.
- Organizational Mastery: Strong problem-solving abilities, comfortable managing prep schedules, invoices, and inventory control.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work early mornings, mid-shifts, weekends, and holidays as business demands require.
