Put your expertise in the spotlight
As a professional in the Building Services team, you'll play an important role in welcoming residents and managing requests for artist and employee accommodations for the Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group.
Your Responsibilities
- Monday through Friday day shift (flexible hours)
- Work with the housekeeping team to assign tasks, including an in-house laundry service
- Inspect rooms during guest stays and after final cleaning
- Address residents’ requests, resolve issues, handle any complaints, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Establish rapid and effective communication protocols with the on-site security team during evenings, nights, and weekends
- Work with the Roomsy software to generate in-house reports and plan weekly cleaning schedules
- Ensure a warm welcome for each resident and prepare rooms according to specific needs (room modifications for short or tall residents, those with injuries, families, and infants or children);
- Process Roomsy billing for internal and external clients
- Work in coordination and collaboration with the building services team, as well as other Cirque du Soleil departments
Your unique expertise
- At least two years of experience in a coordinating role;
- Experience in the hospitality industry;
- The ability to work independently and adapt to unexpected situations;
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written;
