Troy is a city of over 26,000 residents, located 20 minutes north of Dayton and 10 miles north of the I-70/I-75 interchange. Troy is ideally situated for the manufacturing and logistics operations that call it home, including Clopay Building Products, F&P America, Collins Aerospace Systems, ConAgra Brands, American Honda, Hobart Brothers, Hobart Corporation, and Pella. Two hospitals, operated by Premier Health and Kettering Health Network, are also major employers. Troy is the seat of Miami County and boasts a vibrant downtown of local businesses, restaurants, and activities. Excellent schools, including Troy City, Miami East Local, and multiple private options, as well as a robust system of parks and recreation programs, makes the city a great place for families.
