Responsibilities
Keep the reception staffed throughout the night and meet residents’ needs while maintaining the security of the premises. Provide concierge services including holding keys, receiving deliveries, carrying parcels and shopping, and greeting, screening, and escorting visitors.
Requirements
Candidates must have experience in a five-star hotel or high-end residential property and a strong proven track record. They should be organized, professional, hardworking, committed, tenacious, detail-oriented, vigilant, discreet, diplomatic, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
