Location: Hybrid – Linked to Morden - Apollo House
Salary: £29,640 - £34,277 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered
Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term contract
This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025
Due to an internal move, we’re seeking a full time Regional Housing Administrator to join us in Morden to work alongside a team of customer-focussed and efficient administrators who all provide an effective administrative service to our Neighbourhood team.
You’ll be required to report any communal repairs to contractors, maintaining relevant records, and action customer enquiries, liaising with contractors and raising Purchase Orders. We’ll look to you to maintain records of lettings and liaising with colleagues on inspections and be able to cover the reception at the Morden office as and when required.
You’ll already have previous experience in a customer service environment. You’ll be able to write clear, accurate and concise records, often analysing data from a variety of sources and be able to prioritise your busy workload as required.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Morden. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week and be willing to travel to the Penge office to assist with cover.
