Position Summary
Cleanfix North America is seeking an organized and dependable Logistics/Materials Clerk to support the efficient movement of materials into and out of our manufacturing facility. The position combines shipping, receiving, order processing, purchasing support, and materials documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare domestic, cross-border, and international shipping and customs documentation.
- Arrange courier, parcel, and LTL shipments, coordinate pickups, track deliveries, and resolve shipping issues.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Record receipts and material transactions accurately in the ERP system.
- Process selected purchase orders, aftermarket sales orders, picking orders, and RGA documentation.
- Package and route materials to the appropriate storage, production, office, or shipping location.
- Maintain accurate and organized shipping, receiving, customs, purchasing, and return records.
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Perform other related supply chain duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous logistics, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with customs documents, courier and LTL shipping, purchase orders, inventory transactions, RGA processes, or ERP systems is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and meet shipping deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to safely lift, move, pick, and package materials.
- A valid Ontario driver’s licence and forklift experience or certification are assets.
