We are looking for an experienced QA Environment & Release Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role will be responsible for environment management, release governance, transport coordination, cutover planning, and production readiness.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern the SAP environment strategy across DEV, QA, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production.
- Manage environment availability, refreshes, provisioning, configuration, and synchronization.
- Establish and manage SAP release management and transport processes.
- Coordinate releases, deployments, transport migrations, and implementation timelines.
- Track release risks, dependencies, approvals, and change management activities.
- Develop and manage the overall cutover strategy and master cutover plan.
- Create detailed cutover runbooks, task sequencing, checkpoints, owners, and escalation paths.
- Coordinate cutover activities across business, technical, integration, and data teams.
- Plan and execute cutover simulations, dress rehearsals, and readiness assessments.
- Validate rollback plans, deployment procedures, timelines, and resource readiness.
- Conduct production readiness and stage-gate reviews.
- Lead deployment governance and Go-Live readiness assessments.

🔹 Required Skills
- 10–12 years of experience in QA, SAP Environment Management, Release Management, or related roles.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience managing SAP landscapes and environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP transports, releases, deployments, and change management.
- Experience with cutover planning, cutover execution, and go-live readiness.
- Experience conducting dress rehearsals and cutover simulations.
- Strong risk, dependency, and deployment governance experience.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across business, IT, integration, data, and technical teams.
